Step 2: The Pad

Step 3: The Electrical
Your licensed electrician runs a dedicated, GFCI-protected circuit sized for the model, with the wiring permit and inspection that entails. We coordinate timing so the rough-in is ready before delivery and final connection happens as the spa is set — the goal is water heating the same day the crane leaves. Get the electrician's quote during the planning stage; panel capacity and trench distance occasionally influence model choice, and better to know early.
Step 4: Crane Day
The spa arrives by truck; the crane sets up where the plan says; and in a lift that takes minutes after hours of preparation, several thousand pounds of pool sails over the fence and settles onto the pad within centimetres of the mark. The crew levels, checks the shell, connects and tests. Neighbours reliably appear with phones. Step 5: Fill, Start-Up and First Swim
Filling takes hours, heating takes longer — expect the water to reach target a day or two after delivery depending on season. During start-up we balance the chemistry, commission the salt water system if equipped, walk you through the controls, cover and app, and leave you with a care routine that fits how you will actually use the pool.
